Communications from scheduling, to start of vehicle inspection to completion were spot on, and well done. This was our first Toyota service interaction. Dissatisfaction occurred when we had a few questions relative to the Toyota app., sensors, and notifications after we were done at the cashier. We were referred to a service advisor I believe who acted totally put out to interact with us. Kept typing with his head down throughout our interaction, and barely made eye contact. Answers were the bare minimum. Colored the entire experience and not in a positive way.
