My vehicle was dropped off on Friday, August 1st with a grinding noise. Received a call back later in the day which I was unable to answer. Called back on Saturday, August 2nd. No call back during week just texts stating my car repairs were progressing. Text back on Thursday, August 7th, no return text or call. Find out the number I am being texted from does not accept texts. Finally learned today that my water pump is is need of replacing. Though this would all be resolved while on vacation. I would like to speak to the service manager.
