Overall experience with Noah was great. What I wasn’t thrilled about was that my van needs another front right axle after I had it replaced there 2 years ago. Apparently the part used was non-oem which I would think Toyota should not offer. I plan to use this van for a few more years and have probably spent 5 times its value in service. I just spent $1k today. Not thrilled that I will have to fork out another $1200 for an axle again. I would like to do oem this time and some type of credit for the old one that didn’t meet expectations.

I dropped my car off last night (appt. Was next morning at 8:30am) I received a text that my car was checked in around 7:30am (thr morning of appt.) and hours went by without hearing any updates. I received a text from the service manager around 11am seeing if I have any questions to give him a text, so I did saying we hadn’t heard anything about my car at that point and was curious what the status was. No response. My husband tried calling as did I several times and could not get through to anyone. We did finally hear around 2:45 (roughly 6 hrs after my scheduled appt). I’ve never had a bad experience with Toyota until today. Also, no one ever tells you where your car is when you go to pick it up. My husband walked around the parking lot and couldn’t find our car, then had to go inside and have someone help him find it. Just very disappointed in how things took place today.
