Best service appointment experience ever for us. Appointment was scheduled with less than a week and our vehicle was done in a blink of an eye. Much better than the abysmal Bairel Honda. If we need another vehicle in the near future it will be a Toyota and bought at your location because of the ease of the purchase and the ease of the service appointment. I am disappointed in the service of the technician, I asked for my tires to be rotated and he didn't do it. I marked my rims before I brought my truck to Brewer and they did not rotate my tires but charged me for it. I have a lot of problems with Jeff Shaw's people, many times I paid for things to be done and they screwed me, everytime I get something done at Brewer I get something put in my ****.
