Radiator cap wasn’t replaced, just left on top of my battery. Didn’t receive a multipoint report, and I know you didn’t check the air filter as part of that because I pulled it out to replace it a few days afterward and there was a mud insect nest on it.

I was in for my two year Toyota Care appointment today - which should cost nothing. I had also scheduled my inspection and emissions which I knew I would owe money for emissions.
After almost 2 1/2 hours, my service advisor came out and told me everything was good. They just had to take care of the filters and wash the car. He never stated there was a charge for the filters, and according to the email I received reminding me of this service, filters were included. My technician never mentioned a cost - and I didn’t ask because he said everything was good; I assumed it was all covered under Toyota Care.
At checkout, I received a bill for $291. I questioned that and reminded them I have Toyota Care. The bill was then adjusted - down to $171. I again questioned that but was told that was emissions plus the filters. I feel misled.
I had considered inquiring about Toyota Care Plus, but at this point, I’m not sure what it would actually cover.
