Brought my car in because it randomly started displaying a bunch of warnings while on my way to work this week. I had a check engine light, drive-start control warning, and warning for the advanced ultrasonic system. I was told that the mechanic cleared the codes and I was good to go, however, they were unable to determine what caused the issue. I'm a bit nervous to drive the car now knowing it can randomly disable key safety features while driving. The car is only 3 months old with 1000 miles.

It took too long. My husband had a massive stroke, so I can't leave him for too long. I had rides planned for both ways,but I discovered you have a courtesy shuttle. That would have made the entire process a lot easier. I do want to thank the manager for assisting me when I was frustrated with the length of time it took to get completed. I realize it look over an hour to fix my RAV4, but even though I left the building, I did not intend on leaving my RAV4 the entire day.

This is now the second time in a row I brought my truck in for service. Last time I drove away in my truck and the front passenger wheel fell off since the bolts were never tightened. This time I was basically forced to have an engine replaced whether it was from the dealership or Toyota themselves is irrelevant. I went back to pick my truck up last night made it 3 minutes down the road and my alignment was all messed up and something wrong with the brakes. Needless to say I am not happy with my experiences and do not want the truck or to deal with brewer airport Toyota anymore.

My interior of my vehicle was filthy. Whoever took my car for a test drive to evaluate the noise I was complaining about, left the inside of my vehicle very dirty. I did return to the dealership service area later the same day and the young gent did take a picture of the mess and had it cleaned, which I appreciate.
