I have been experiencing issues with my audio system in my Camry for several months. The radio shuts off completely at times. I requested a diagnostic test be run on the system because most recently the system has been going in and out (sort of flashes like an electrical interruption). This becomes an issue when I travel and am attempting to use Car Play. The problem is with the audio system of the car. I have been trying to get this corrected but recently told unless the radio is shutting off when I bring it in to be looked at; there isn’t anything that can be done. I was asked if I bought my Camry from Brewer. I did speak to a salesperson there, when I was trying to buy a car, but was told I had to order it ( and it took take up to 6 months for delivery) and I had to put down $500 (that would not be returnable should the purchase not work out); so I had to go another route to get a car. I do not have a complaint about any mechanic there; but feel there has to be a fix to the audio issue. Thank you.
