We are so disappointed with this dealer not respecting nor addressing what we asked for. We asked for the water to be inspected & the tire pressure to be less because it was so high (41) & Billy said that they are going to take care of all that, but none of those has been done. Even, the maintenance sticker hasn’t been changed. That made us very disappointed & losing trust in this branch specially that they all know that we were coming from a 45 mins drive away.

I have paid over $30,000 for a vehicle that, even though is under warranty, the problem was not fixed.
Now, in the worst of the summer heat I have to drive without A/C, because you cannot get the part the car needs.

Our tail gate is still not working right. It has been serviced 4 times now and not repaired. The worst is when it gets stuck and won't lift at all so I have to manually do it. That lid is heavy!
