Inspection of a 2024 RAV4 took 1 hour and 40 minutes (I waited onsite). There were no problems with the vehicle. Quicker service or at least a heads up of delay would be appreciated.

My Toyota dealership in Arizona made arrangements to make sure that I got what servicing I needed in your area. They kept on saying I needed an oil change you guys and all I needed was a tire rotation in my 55,000 mile check. They didn’t remove the sticker and I asked them about the tire light and they said to drive for 2 miles. I drove for 15 and had to come back then I got an attitude. They didn’t actually reset the tire they forgot to push the.TPS which needs to be done if the tire light has been on for more than 50 miles. I guess you really don’t care about service because I’m just traveling through from Arizona, but actually I’m going to be here several times a year so it’s really sad. No apologies just attitude
