I was told when i booked it that it would take 4 hours for the service so my schedule couldn’t accommodate the times available so i had to bring it out the day before. It was set up for 730 and they called me at 840 that it was done. It was just very inconvenient to take it out the day before because of finding a ride twice to take out and pick up and then it didn’t even take a hour and half let alone 4 hours. The service on the car was awesome but making the appointment was given misinformation to me that made it inconvenient for myself

I feel I was taken advantage of because of my age. I came to get my car inspected and was pressured into getting my transmission fluid drained and replaced. My car was put on a rack for 2 hrs 30 min. I asked what was going on with my car and was told I needed tires that you didn't have, I asked to have my car and 5 minutes and over $500 later I received my car. I am very disappointed.

I requested my tires to be rotated when my brakes were inspected . It was not done . I walked in to pickup my car , passed the service desks . No one asked if I needed help . No report . I walked to the payment area . Payed my bill and left .
Noticed no rotation on my receipt . I asked prior when I brought my car . Service said it would be an extra 10 dollars . I have been a customer since 2003 . Purchased two Ravas there . Disappointing. Lorna P
