Had appt never heard from my tech for 2 hours. I had to go find him only to find out Mechanic & mgmt we’re still discussing if they would replace my front brakes as I was told and why I had appt. After 2 hours they were discussing Lubricating them instead. I knew none of this - found out when I went looking for an eta . I ended up being there 3.5 hours and they didn’t replace my brakes as I was promised from my devious appt. My time is valuable too. Why am I not getting updates like I see other customers getting?

I don’t think I talked to Noah. I spoke with the gentleman in the area where you pull your car in. He was very nice and reminded me that my car needed inspection. He then checked to see if they had time to do it. They did so it was taken care of. Very thoughtful.
