Noah was very informative throughout the process . Even though I was surprised. That the limited mileage I have put on the car resulted in all four wheels brakes disc rotors and other material needed replaced . I was not expecting this for a car we seldom drive isincecbuying it. As a Senior on limited income the total cost will create some adjustments in order to repay the credit card.

My 2016 Tacoma is slipping gear when shifting from 1rst to 2nd and the engine trouble light is on while the trac light comes on sporadically. I recently had my truck serviced by you to replace a transmission line. What are my opinions?

I just purchased a new 2025 4Runner with a bad audio system. I have had my car in for service 3 separate times and the issue still remains. 1st time, they said it was fixed. When I picked it up, the audio still did not work. Went inside to be told they can't to anything because the tech already left and no one was able to fix it in the morning. I had to drive my new car to Tennessee with no audio system. The 2nd time, same thing. Said it was fixed after replacing my amp, the next day it stopped working. The 3rd time, they called after having my car for 8 days to tell me they were ordering a new equalizer (not in stock)and i could pick it up. Of course the audio did not work again! At this point, they have had my car in the shop just as long as I have owned it. To make matter even worse I asked the 2nd time if they could wash my car. Never got done. So the 3 time I asked again, never done. So at pick up i asked them again. Just for them to say they were busy but they could squeeze it in. It looked worse when they finished. So, yes i am not satisfied and spoke with my car salesman about the issues
