The service tech told me not to call, despite the fact I told them my phone does not always work with receiving texts messages or calls from new numbers. So I did not get to pick up my car until 5 pm when it had been completed at 1 pm. And I was only a five-minute walk from the dealership! I was not happy waiting all those hours unnecessarily. Never instruct someone NOT TO CALL. That was very aggravating.
