Went well but there was confusion about whether I owed costs because the digital check in documents listed a cost for the protection being applied although it was already bought. My Camry also failed to properly lane center upon leaving the dealer. This resolved after taking a few turns.

Service was the first after purchase of our 2025 RAV4 Limited. All aspects of Brewer Toyota went above my expectations. The facility was spotless and very welcoming. The drive-in area was awesome. We loved our experience with Brewer Toyota today. However, one thing just got my attention, on the Invoice explaining work to be done and completed it was repeated 3 times on each job. Probably the computer did this. With that being said, you could save ink and paper which would be more profitable to you. Again, we loved everything at Brewer Toyota today.

Everyone was welcoming and lovely - and I assume competent. We found the prices, however, to be far too high: $100 for an oil change and $160+ to just look at our non-operating tailgate lift and let us know how much more than that it would cost to repair. We were prepared to pay a bit more than we might elsewhere but felt that it was too much more. So, while we may be back for Toyota specific repairs, oil changes and other generic maintenance will probably get done elsewhere.

The only thing I'm not completely satisfied with is I have no confidence that the multipoint inspection is actually performed. I was once told by an employee that didn't even bother all they really do is the oil change and rotate the tires. This is actually typical of any car manufacturer service but I just wish that one manufacturer would actually do what they say when it comes to that
