Edward has always approached our interactions with a professional attitude and goes above and beyond what he has to in order to provide an excellent experience with Toyota. In addition to my tire rotation he took the time to assist in the renewal of my registration. It is a smooth and pleasant experience each time I have had the pleasure dealing with Edward.

Great job! Very professional staff. The two gentlemen who helped me check-in were fantastic. I needed help getting a few items out of my car and I needed a bag. JAMES took it upon himself to run inside and grab a Toyota bag. That is the most helpful experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. High praise to JAMES !! and the other gentleman at the vehicle check-in kiosks. This was my 1st time being at Brewer Toyota.
The guys in Service reception were okay. They were funny. I had never been to Brewer Toyota and I could have used a little better direction from the guys in Service Reception.
The cashier was great! She had a pleasant demeanor and friendly. Very professional.
