I was told they would put washer fluid in, and when I was driving home I noticed they didn’t. Other than that, the service was great!

I was annoyed with whoever I made my appointment with because they didn’t record it. I showed up when she told me my appointment was and Edward had no record of it. He was more than accommodating in getting me my oil change, which I totally appreciated. He was so friendly and helpful. I should have known something was wrong when I didn’t get email reminders. Edward was awesome so I thank you for having such a great customer service member. That’s how it should be.
