Car was dropped off the night before for an 8 am appointment. Did not hear anything from the service advisor. We called and were told that the mechanic was still checking it out. The next day I received the notice that the car had been checked in. When I called, was given the excuse that the department was busy and they had not gotten to the car. Why did I have an appointment. I realize that were not a huge moneymaker. But was still a paying customer. Still there had not been any contact until that time. I admit that I did get upset as I felt that the advisor was not being honest with us. This is why I am distrustful of dealerships. The part had to be ordered and the advisor was not sure when it would come in. I reached a number of times via chat and was told that a manger would get back to us. Did not hear anything. When we called and left messages, and there were no return calls.

Brought car back after repair of EPB issue did not work.The repair record from my previous visit a month ago has NO information about the EPB issue although the service manager told me they adjusted the sensitivity of the EP. System per a bulletin.
Tech on this visit did nothing to the vehicle despite having the car for 2 days to supposedly resolve the issue.
The service manager on this visit was dismissive and apparently your service techs have no idea how to work the EPB failure although this is a well published issue with the 2018 CHR. How do I know more about this issue than a Toyota certifies technician?
