I made an appointment to have my 2nd key fob programmed as my vehicle was only sold with 1 Fob. I also scheduled my 20k service. This was scheduled a week in advance. When I arrived, I was told I had to order a key fob through the parts department, I was told it would arrive in 2-3 days. I scheduled the appointment online and called to confirm the next day as I never received any notification that the appointment was received. The person I talked to did not say anything about having to order a key fob separately. It’s just frustrating taking time off of work to get service done in one trip, only to find out you need to go back because a part was not ordered. Everything about my experience with the people I worked with was fine, and this was out of their control. It more of an issue with the appointment process for service campaigns.

The actual service was fine. However the process to schedule was TERRIBLE. after talking to the service advisor, I was connected to the call center to schedule. They could not answer anybquestions and told me someone would call me back.
They also screwed up my appointment after I had to reschedule and local dealership did. It gave me scheduled after I received a text message for the correct date, called call center 2x to try and confirm, they then connected me to the dealership to confirm. When ingot there no appt was scheduled.
Very frustrating- call center employees were absolutely NO help. Very frustrating.
