I love Jeff and the hands on attention he gives me when I come into your shop.I am still having trouble with my truck.Based on the miles, it doesn't surprise me. The transmission is still makeing a weird noise and the check Engine light is still on.

I had an appointment for 7:30 AM. At 10:00 AM I approached the service desk asking what was taking so long. Andrew checked things out and we finally picked up the Tacoma at 10:28 AM. Routine maintenance, oil change, tire rotation and yearly inspection. An uncommon time frame in my opinion. We also did not receive a customary car wash. Not certain why we had such a long wait.

I waited 3 hour to have my truck inspected. I was told I didn't have the right documents repeatedly and then said there was nothing that can be done. Until I called multiple notaries and was told what was being said was 100% incorrect. After this they had everything they needed and my truck was inspected. Not what I was expecting for my 9AM appointment.
