After getting to the dealership and learning someone made a mistake on my appointment, I’ve waited for my car to be worked on.
After I had paid for the work done I drove to work and as I arrived at work I received a call from the service advisor who asked me to come back to the dealership.
When I asked why I needed to come back I was told that they had forgotten to install the new wiper blades I had asked them to.
They had removed the old wiper blades, charged me for the new ones, but FORGOT to install them.
So, I had to drive 30 minutes back to the dealership so someone could fix the mistake someone made.
