I asked for an oil change with my inspection and they never did it. I kept getting Caesar saying I need an oil change and realized it wasn't done. It doesn't matter I only went less than 5000 miles this year but it should be changed at least once a year.

I had an appointment for an oil change, and immediately after I drove out of the service area, a warning light turned on. I had to return right away, and it turned out something was not done properly. No one apologized or acknowledged the inconvenience. This was very disappointing and made me feel unsafe driving my car. I expected better quality and professionalism from your service department.
