First let me start with when I called to schedule car inspection .. i was on the phone over 15 minutes with them asking all kinds of questions. What kind of inspection …. REALLY ?? I told them Same one i get every yr .. any other call i was on phone 2 minutes .. then i called back to RS appt. Same thing .. That Was REDICULOUS. On day of inspection i went visiting. When I got back in my car Yellow tire light was on. I went back to dealer same day .. i was told it might be tire censer to comeback when i pick up my sticker and if it was they would do it. I did .. well today I was Told My back Two Tires were low on air. As I Talked with Jeff a few Good times that I come to dealer cuz I dont trust other places. But when I come to Dealer I EXPECT MECHANICS DO THEIR JOB & DO IT RIGHT !! They Need to Step up their game. !! So I drove since last sat til today w/ low tires. So No Im NOT HAPPY cuz IM ALL ABT SAFETY & Its ASHAME the Work doesnt get done Properly !! Is This how You want Your Customers to Feel ? Andrew first time I met him - He is Good !! He Knows His Job !! And Very Helpful !! Is Everytime I come in for Service - I have to feel is my car going to get Serviced Correctly ?? Not Right !! I will be back for an oil change in 4 thousand miles. I may consider going elsewhere cuz Im Not Convinced with your mechanics which is Veryyyy Sad !! Your NOT just a mama /papa garage but thats the Service We Get .. You Asked and thats my Experience. This saved me a call to Jeff which i have no time during day to call him anyways .. From A long Time Customer

When I made the appointment I was told to expect a wait of 2 hours. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told it could be up to 3 hours. At close to 3 hours, I text for an update and did not receive one. I eventually went to the desk and finally got an update and ultimately waited over 3 hours.

Honestly the entire experience was just top notch. From reservation to check in. The lounge area was nice. Really liked the automated messaging and reporting system. Seems to be very efficient and worked flawless this time. Again super satisfied!

First , I was informed the Comms system was zeroed , so I would have to reset all my personal settings . I am in no way trying to insult Mr. Ramirez , perhaps there is simply a lack of training . When I arrived home , I grabbed the manuals , and was rather concerned because just about all of my settings were still present . I was also informed this has been a problem with RAV4’s , plus another customer overhead us discussing the problem , and he drove a version of the Camry … folks - replace the radios ! That seems to have rectified the RAV4’s , according to the info I received … but I have patience , to a limit .
