Christian has been my go to person anytime I have either of my Toyota's in for service. He's always helpful, courteous, and keeps me updated on issues/progress. Anyone that I have dealt with in the dealership has been very customer oriented.

I got an estimate with you guys for repairs and it was over 4k. I took it to another shop and their estimate was $690.
They also were able to show where the items your guys said were broken were, in fact, not at all.
We buy a new Tundra from you every 4 years as my husband is in natural gas and travels for work. That will not be happening again.

Christian was very thorough and professional. I do appreciate the use of plastic to keep my seats clean but it was left inside my car when it was released to me. In addition, the hood of the car was not down. As I was driving home I noticed the hood moving. The lock kept it from opening while I was driving. This could have been dangerous if it opened while driving. The person completing the work must have been in a hurry. This is the first time I have had this happen.

We had a set of quick struts installed a month or two ago and one was a bad part so it needed to be replaced. I was called on Friday and a message was left asking if I wanted you to order the part and proceed. I called back and Christian wasn’t available so I left a voicemail and sent a text in response to the text you sent that said I could text with any questions. Apparently both were ignored and there was no action until my wife called late in the day Monday. Don’t text or offer voicemail if these are not effective means of communication.

Unfortunately the quote we received via text when our service was done did not match the invoice we received when we went to pick up the vehicle. The team could have done a better job handling this situation, instead of making us feel like we were in the wrong for expecting the quote your system sent us to be correct. While the approach to resolve the situation could have been less confrontational, the team did their best to match the quote price as much as they could.

On May 1st at 1:39 pm I scheduled an appointment to have my 2023 Tacoma checked for a knocking noise coming from the vacuum pump (T-SB-0115-22). At this time I was told that parts and labor would be covered under the 3/36 warranty. On Friday May 8th I show up for my scheduled appointment and wait 3 hrs in the customer lounge with no updates of any kind. After my three hour wait I was told that they started the engine and didn’t hear anything and was charged $92.56 for this service. Why did it take 3 hrs to simply start my engine and listen to it? Why was I billed 92.56 after I was told it would be covered by warranty? Why was I made to wait 3 hrs with no updates? Why was I charged so much just to start my engine for a few seconds? This issue is a Toyota service bulletin, how can one mechanic say that the knocking noise isn’t loud enough for a vacuum pump replacement. Seams like there should be more to this process! This type of service is totally unacceptable.
