I had a 4:30 appointment for an oil change only. The time slot was double booked. My tires were rotated during the appointment. The charge was voided but I had to wait for the tires to be rotated back because I just had them rotated yesterday the place of purchase. I also noticed my tire pressure was increased but I have nitrogen in my tires with green caps. This leads me to believe someone added air to my nitrogen filled tires. Ultimately, I was at the facility for two hours for what was supposed to be a routine oil change.
