Scott was demeaning with his explanation for my question if I could use the $35 gift card that Brewer Toyota had sent me to pay for the balance on my bill. It was unprofessional and unnecessary. Please train your service staff to be respectful to your customers when they have questions.

Scott was fine. 3 hours of waiting for a basic inspection and oil change is ridiculous. The vehicle only needed new wipers and a single bulb. I hope that you don't move this slowly for every customer.

I asked to have the lense cover for the front passenger door courtesy light reinstalled. I was told that this could not be done because the Avalon is longer being made and repair parts aren't available. I ordered the part from E-bay and hopefully will be able to repair it myself.
