Scott was fine. 3 hours of waiting for a basic inspection and oil change is ridiculous. The vehicle only needed new wipers and a single bulb. I hope that you don't move this slowly for every customer.

I asked to have the lense cover for the front passenger door courtesy light reinstalled. I was told that this could not be done because the Avalon is longer being made and repair parts aren't available. I ordered the part from E-bay and hopefully will be able to repair it myself.
