I appreciate that I wasn’t charged anything but I don’t feel the problem was identified. Even my son who has his learners permit felt something is off. It feels like we’re driving in a lower gear. There’s a drag or some type of friction. I think the mechanic needed to drive it- if he did I can’t understand how he didn’t experience the issue. Also last time they changed my oil they didn’t put a new sticker on the windshield. I mentioned that but they didn’t do that either so sort of disappointed this time

I had to pay $99 for a diagnostic and the problem wasn't fixed because my extended warranty mandates that my truck go back to that dealer if it's within 40 miles and brewer is 39.1 miles from that dealer. Nobody will work with you anymore
