The maintenance required is still on which is so annoying. Now I need to figure it out so it comes back on when maintenance is actually required again.

While I am satisfied with the service completed on my vehicle, there was one aspect that left me disappointed. After spending nearly $1,000 today, I was expecting to see my car’s exterior washed as well, based on previous service both at Brewer and my former Toyota dealership. While that is not make or break, it was disappointing to drive my Brewer-bought Toyota off of the lot today and straight to a $22 car wash.

I received a text from the gentleman who checked my car in and I responded that I forgot to ask him for a car wash and I would like one of that was possible. I didn’t receive a text back. Also, he told me it would be about an hour and it ended up being about an hour and 45 minutes with no update.

Vehicle failed inspection due to rusted mounts. I asked if this was reparable and technician basically said it would not be worth it. I then asked so if this was a dog you are suggesting to put it down and they said yes. Tech said the labor alone could be 30 hours plus. I left and went to a rust specialist with provided pictures and received a preliminary quote of $700. This is the second time I’ve received terrible service and information. I will not be returning for service or purchase of a new vehicle.

A 3.5-hour wait for an oil change is absurd. Customers should not have to devote half a day to a routine maintenance service. This experience was frustrating, disappointing, and far below reasonable expectations.
