The Anderson staff and Mr. Chavez always perform excellently, as I expect. I text my appreciation and respond with 5 stars on the Toyota email satisfaction survey because I do not use Google or similar sites to express my service experience. I drive 6 hours round trip to Lake Havasu City instead of Phoenix or Yuma for my Toyota 4-Runner service & plan on that as long as the service remains exemplary.
