We purchased our ford explorer from Anderson Toyota about 3 months ago and we had a check engine light pop up so we made an appointment to get it serviced and our vehicle proceeded to sit in the direct summer sun unmoved for 4 hours and when I called in I was told even though we had a service appointment our vehicle couldn’t be serviced that day. very disappointing, if I make a service appointment I feel my vehicle should be able to be serviced on that day.
