My experience today at our Toyota dealership was was incredibly professional. Mike Busby kept me in the loop with clear updates throught the entire process. They diagnosed the issue quickly and were transparent about the costs without pressuring me into unnecessary up-sells. The technicians clearly know what they are doing—my car runs perfectly now and the work was completed right on schedule.

I scheduled an appointment to repair my tire monitoring system and instead of just calling my warranter to find out if it was covered the service department put it on a diagnostic and charged me $200 because it wasn’t! Realized that this is standard procedure for your service department to make money so I won’t be getting the replacement sensor from you.

If it’s dark outside the sensor on the dash would tell the screen inside to light up. My screen goes dark periodically and your tech told Danelle it’s because of the dashmat. I do not think that is correct. If the dashmat covers the sensor the screen would be brighter. Anyhow I told the serv tech it happens periodically so of course it is working currently but do not think the response from the maintenance tech is incorrect.

Disappointed with Toyota that they wouldn’t take care of the blizzard pearl/ivory paint recall that was passed their arbitrary time limit. We own 3 Toyota vehicles.
I think they should take care of original owners.
