I brought my vehicle in for an appointment at 8am for a Front Brake job and Service. Lauren informed me that she would be helping me since Mike Bisbe was out sick. I receive the Inspection report Text almost 3 hours later at 10:52am. I called Lauren at 10:58am to discuss the report. She told me the Brake Job was done but was unsure if it was just Pads or Rotors or both? I requested that the other items in the list be deferred for the time being. Around 12 noon I asked Lauren for a service status. She then tells me that the Service Tech was Turning the Rotors and that takes a while! Around 1pm I asked Lauren for another Status. She said she starting the Paperwork which was completed and paid for a 1:12pm, about 5 hours later.
Then the TOPPER, I got about 2 miles down the road and noticed my Hood bouncing up and down. Pulled over on the shoulder and latched it down tight. Not Happy!

Danielle was awesome. After my recent service, the glove box no longer lowers slowly it just falls open. The slow-drop damper mechanism is loose because a retaining clip is bent and was not properly reinstalled. When I pointed this out, the tech tried to address it but then said it was broken and to mention it next time instead of fixing it on the spot. This is on a vehicle I just purchased, so I’d really appreciate it if the team could repair or replace the bent clip and properly secure the mechanism at no charge. Thank you!

The service was great as per usual. The new shuttle service needs to have the bugs worked out. I dropped my truck off at 9 AM and did not get picked up until after 2 PM. My truck was brought in for a routine oil change service. I used the scanner to enter my information, including my drop off and pick up address. There were five of us in the shuttle. The air conditioning was not adequate and it’s 113° outside. We all entered our information into the system prior to getting into the van. The driver then asked us for all the same information again and wrote it all down. Then we had to go to the gas station to get gas. I had to contact the dealership twice for pick up. The driver told me that he was sent to the wrong address, even though that information was entered into the system, as well as given to him verbally which he wrote down. I honestly love this dealership and normally don’t have any issues at all, but this messed up my plans for the day as my truck was kept for several hours for an oil change before I finally received pick up.
