It took 3 hours for an oil change, WHY. All the employees are very nice and professional, no complaints there. I had something I needed to do while in Havasu but was unable to since the oil change took 3 HOURS. My appt was at 1:00 pm and I left at 3:50 pm, the company I needed to see closed at 4:00 pm. Maybe do better at Time Management when making appointments. Not happy with the time it took for an oil change. Just a side note: was asked about a car wash, I said yes to that. It wasn’t washed, but that is really no big deal, I normally wash it by hand anyway.

I made an appointment for 12pm. I arrived at 11:43am. I checked in with Jose and began waiting. 2 hours later with no communication from anyone I finally asked if it would be much longer. I was informed it they were almost done. Another hour and a half later I got my keys after again pproaching them. My issues were 2 things. Why was there no communication with me as the customer on mu car in 3 1/2 hours. Just even acknowledge that I was not forgotten. 2 what is the point of making an appointment when I watched several cars taken back to be worked on before mine that were in the non appointment line. Had I been informed it might take several hours I might have made other arrangements as far as dropping my car off and leaving. I was not offered a shuttle ride until I had already waited 3 hours. What was the point at that time as I was told 30 mins prior that my car was almost done, when I checked in with them. Overall I am always treated very well at Anderson. This was not the case today.Really hope you guys communicate with people and giving them an ETA at check in would be nice, while offering the shuttle service. Otherwise everything was great! All employees were nice. Store was clean. Snacks were a nice touch! Thank you!

I had a 10:30 appointment. Jose said it would take 2 hours. I was there for almost 5 hours. At 86 years old I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to be there that long. I expected maybe 2 hours like he said but not almost 5!
