They gave me the keys to my truck. I went out there and there's a mechanic underneath of it, trying to put the bottom PAN on in the parking lot, I asked him what he's doing, he said, he forgot some bolts, but I could tell by the way the impact was going, he was trying to force them in, I get home and check it out. It was missing bolts and the bolts in there were jammed in there. Like cross threaded, I took it back for them to fix. And then when I got home after that, I realized they gave me somebody else's paperwork. So I had to go back again this took all day, there were many customers complaining. About how long it's taking to get anything done.Seems like their service department has really gone downhill.
