Not a good experience this time the technician Elias did a very messy job. Oil left all under the hood over the motor it dripped and you can see oil spillage from above the tire. Greasy hand marks all over the door and in the truck even oily sticker for next service date. Also broke a lug nut that was replaced took it back and he was suppose to clean the mess he did not. Very upsetting we have never had this issue or ever have oil under the hood everywhere.
Brian tried to make it rite but Elias did not try and needs to do a cleaner professional job.
