Very, very poor service. Took over three hours for an oil change with an appointment. No communication as to why and how long it would take.
Jose use to be good at customer service. No longer. Very indignant. Did not offer any updates while my husband sat in the waiting area. I don’t think we are coming back. Not the first time or even the second time we’ve had trouble with lengthy waits and poor communication.

My Rep was great!! It was when I left I lost my wheel cap cover. It came off while I was driving someone got my attention and told me thank god so I had to turn around look for it and drive back to the dealership and Kenny, my Rep put it back on. That is my only complaint.
