This was my first 6-months check up off my Toyota Corolla highbrid crossover. The employees were were professional and helpful. Dylan Mitchell was particularly good in listening and answering my questions. He was very good in using verbiage that I, a car illiterate person, could understand. This happened before and after the service. Having shuttle service to take me home and later back to the Anderson facility was really helpful to make this a very satisfactory experience.

My estimate was 3:30. Jennifer, put on there added extra 4:30. No, that's not right. Sorry Jennifer. It was 1:30 for the two filters I believe it was so that would made it 3:30 plus 1:30. That's 460 all together. Not 467 plus one that's 330 so that needs to be fixed and somebody needs to call me about it because I can't get back to my invoice
