Unfortunately, your sales team has been calling, texting & emailing us about my mom selling or trading in her 2021 RAV4. Every time my mom calls in for a service or recall appointment, you guys just continue to harass us. She is planning on moving out of the country in the next 12 months and is not interested in selling/trading in her RAV4 with very low mileage for a new vehicle or a certified pre-owned with more mileage that she currently has.
