I felt well taken care of as soon as I encountered the young man who took my car into the mechanics. Then I was greeted by Kenny with a warm smile and a complete explanation of what would happen to my car. I got some delicious coffee and was reading my book on a sweet beautiful woman came over to me and asked me if I wanted a ride somewhere. After a short period of I’d say 30 minutes my car was ready to go. What a pleasure today was at the Anderson Toyota dealership.

Jose goes above and beyond. All the little things mean so very much.. Jose remembers and follows through with all the little things.He creates an environment that feels just like home. Makes you feel valued and important. Jose Chavez is and a perfect example of what Customer Service is capable of being. On my last visit while visiting with other customers I was excited to learn that Jose Chavez has a fan club all his own. Multiple customers I had the opportunity to visit with all on their own accord openly confessed with gratitude that Jose is what keeps them coming back. One woman mentioned she drives over and hour and put a dealer located closer to her home just to bring it to Jose. Up to date i can honestly say every experience I've had at Anderson Toyota has been 100 percent positive and I have no complaints.. then when the text from Jose comes in just checking to make sure u made it back safe.. It turns what was a chore/errand into an experience worth mentioning to your friends. Five stars all the way and a happy new member of the J.C. fan club. ;)
