I have met with many service members at the Sullivan location and they have all been great. Unfortunately this time I had a very disappointing experience with Patty who was assisting me with my car service. She was extremely rude, obnoxious, and accusatory throughout the process. Instead of listening to my concerns, she blamed me—and my wife—for ongoing issues that have been happening with my car. Not only was this approach unprofessional, but she was also completely wrong in her assumptions. As a business owner myself and an active member of the military I’ve always believed good customer service means treating people with respect and working together to find solutions. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Because of this experience, I will no longer be servicing my car at this location. It’s unfortunate, but I refuse to have myself or my wife go through another experience like that.

Ms. Majeski was very combative. I kept trying to explain the issue with my car, but she kept thinking she was right and I was wrong. I know what happened as far as information on my dash informant screen and what lights indicated an issue . She kept insisting nothing was wrong unless a check engine light was on. I made an appointment on line but none of the information was on file. I am a new customer to Sullivan Brothers , because I have been unhappy with Rte 44 Toyota. If I was to return, I would certainly ask for a different service advisor. Usually the customer is always right, but not in this case. I really felt like she didn’t want my vehicle to go in for service because she was so sure that the check engine light was not on. I was pleased that I was not charged for the computer scan and no codes found, but I certainly do not mind paying for services. I do however, do not want to be disrespected as a customer looking for answers , and being talked over. Sorry to give such a bad service representative report , but was very disappointed with my first experience at Sullivan Brothers. I thought I possibly may have found another dealership for services, but today was very disappointing.

Had my truck in for routine service, two weeks prior. About a week later the check engine light came on. Set an appointment for following Saturday. I was greeted by Niman, upon arrival. We went over reasons for the visit. After the service technician checked out the truck, I received a text with what was found. Niman and I, discussed what was needed to be done. I felt any questions/issues, I had, were answered honestly and clearly. This would be the main reason why I would return in the future! My thanks to Niman, and the service technician, who I did not meet.
