I was charged ( initially) for a tire rotation that was not performed. i marked my tires. Niman resolved that problem by refunding me. Unfortunately, I can not trust that the rest of the work was done properly. I have to take my vehicle to another mechanic to validate that it was actually done… and done competently.

I had a 8am appointment & requested an oil & filter change and rotate the tires. Appt made on line. @ 10:00 am job still not completed. Inquired what the hold up was for a very simple job and was told it would be another 20-30 mins, they said they needed the time to do a multi point inspection. , which I did not request. I also brought in a slip that supposedly gave me a 25$ discount. Outrageous price & explanation for the length of time I waited and the scam discount. Will be reporting to BBB
