Absolutely ridiculous the wait time. Arrived on time for my appointment , waited for almost 20 minutes in the car before someone came to ask who I am and why I’m here. I had to wait 3 hours for an oil change. I was told a shuttle will drop me home an bing me back when the car is ready. Waited for 30 minutes for the shuttle , just to be told by the driver once in the car , that they will not be able to drop me off and pick me back up, that I should go back inside and talk with the front desk. The person there didn’t even attempted to find a solution when I told her the drivers feedback. Was ignored for almost 3 hours. Worst service I had at a Toyota dealership.

The gentleman that waited on me was genuinely friendly and efficient.
However, I gagged a bit when I saw a floor salesman lick food off his fingers as he was talking to a gentleman customer about his work history. I assume the customer was buying a vehicle.
