Upon arrival, Christian met me right at the service gate with a smile. He gathered the information needed and guided me to the service waiting area where I sat right next to the fire place. When my vehicle was completed he promptly got me and explained the service that was done. Before leaving we chatted about my future visits for car service. Christian was excellent!
