I came in without an appointment because of an issue with a flashing low tire sensor. Seana explainged that she would have it looked at but it would be a long wait which I fully expected. You identified the problem replaced the sensor and Iwas on my way by 2:00pm. I really appreciate the communication and prompt service.

Well the job was done great, and issue with the service alone. Was told it would only take an hour and a half which was fine, however it took over three hours. No one notified me about the sudden increase of time, I didn’t mind waiting an hour and a half. I understand that the increase of labor was done as well but just a heads up that it might have taken longer than the time given would have been nice.

I waited 3 hours in the waiting room after I dropped my car for service. Nobody bothered to check in with me to update me as to what was going on. I had to go to go to the service desk to inquire myself. I've been extremely disappointed with Sullivam Brothers for a while and I have most likely bought my last car there.
