The representative when I dropped off my car was great but when I booked for simply tire rotation and I would wait the phone representative said no problem. When I got to the dealer there was a long line and advised at least a 2 1/2 hour wait. This appointment should not have been booked if there was sufficient time to complete in a reasonable time.

I’ve been going to Sullivan Toyota for 17 years when I moved to Plymouth When the shop was smaller
I'm very frustrated with your lack of communication with the customer
I made a simple appointment for a new light bulb and state inspection I made a “will wait “appointment thinking of course it means that your car will be ready quickly Boy that’s a mistake After 2.5 hours of waiting I checked with the customer service representative and he said that he just found out that the light bulb wasn’t in stock and just got delivered. Why did it take 2.5 hours for that information get through the system. Just then the technician came in and said he finished the light bulb because the technician that was supposed to change the bulb didn’t know how to. The technician didn’t know that he was talking about my car and I heard what was happening. So I of course jumped in The technician also said that the light bulb should have been replaced when I had the other one replaced by your shop not more than a month or two earlier. Both the technician and service representative said that I should have known that Are you kidding me. Finally I got my car I did get very frustrated, and angry with anyone around me. The service representative was explaining how inspections are done again are you kidding me. Driving away I was thinking about my reaction which was probably too much Next time I suggest you train your reps to agree with the customer and just say “ you are correct we should have let you know of the delay in services and we should have known about the issue before with the bulb replacement “. You obviously over book the appointments
Thankfully I will never have to use Sullivan Toyota again as I’m waiting for delivery on my new Mercedes Benz
