I waited in the lobby for 4 hours for an oil change. Also, the service advisor sold me a new battery saying it was covered under warranty and then mentioned after they installed it that I still had to pay labor. This should have been explained up front. The way he explained it sounded like it was going to be fully covered. When I got the car back I noticed that the sticker hadn’t been changed in the top left of the window. I’m not even fully sure the oil change was completed. I had to check the dip stick to make sure it looked clean when I got home.

I waited over two hours for a routine oil change with my 6 year old daughter. When I finally reminded them how long I had been waiting, the woman at the desk made excuse after excuse instead of apologizing or taking responsibility. Not once was there any acknowledgment that this was unacceptable or any reassurance that it wouldn’t happen again. I’m very disappointed.
