Patty was fine. Professional and thorough.. I called and scheduled for an appointment just to get tires rotated. I arrived on time and was there over two hours for what should have been a 15 minute service. That’s unacceptable. My time has value.

There is one thing I wished was handled differently. When I did not respond to a text at 11:08 saying they needed an ok to do the needed work, I wish they had come out and talked to me when I did not respond within 5 minutes. I did not see the text until 11:30 and I feel 20 minutes was wasted before the work was started.
