I bought my truck over 2 months ago - and never heard from anyone about plates, registration, stickers -nothing.
I left several voice messages. No csll backs.
I finally called and spoke with someone. They weren’t sure why I wasn’t called back. Really.
Over 2 months later, I receive the registration and a sticker in the mail.
When I bought the truck 2 months ago, the salesperson said, I’ll have the title in a week. I’ll call you. You can bring the truck in - “ we’ll detail it, put new plates on it, get the inspection sticker.
Really?
The most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. Simply terrible.

I’ve had some non-delightful recent experiences with mechanics/other dealerships, coming to this Toyota location and working with Christian Small was very refreshing and helpful. He advised me professionally and genuinely with my own and my vehicles best interest in mind, this is only one small example of Christians great CSR.
My family has owned and driven strictly Toyota’s for the past 20 years, currently have 2 tacomas and a rav4 which we will be making the switch and coming to solely this location going forward.
