Easy, efficient and friendly. Definitely need to update and clean up charging station, most were broken and the rest were outdated.

The service advisor, Michael, was amazing. My last service experience at your dealership made me not want to come back and I just bought a Tundra from another dealership as well - she was that bad/rude. Michael was so great, I actually texted a friend telling him how awesome the experience was, I’m now buying a service package, and I’m bringing my tundra in for accessories I’d normally get elsewhere. Don’t lose him. I forgot to try to buy the Toyota jacket/windbreaker he had. I’ll have to come back soon.
