I was asked if I wanted a car wash. I stated that I did want a car wash. My truck was not washed when I picked it up. I would have said something, but I waited 30mins to pay for my truck, I just wanted to leave. There were other vehicles being washed, so I know the car wash worked.

I brought my car in telling Zack what was wrong with it (steering damper). He said he never heard of that happening in a Toyota and offered a road force balance instead. That didn’t fix the issue and I returned my car. Zack had the damper checked and I was correct, it needed to be replaced. Zack apologized to me and offered to credit the road force cost. That spoke volumes to me. An apology goes a long way. And being validated that I knew what was wrong when I first brought it in was nice as well. Zack did a great job with his service and I am satisfied with his work.
