Des was great.however During my wait I got text and called asking if I want to sell my vehicle. Not a great experience. Pressure, salesy. I think I 5 or 6 vehicle and when I have a trade in, I trade. I know where to find you. Waiting for my service. Last service I signed up for shuttle, an hour and a half in, they weren't there so I uberes to my place. Both areas need improvement.. my advisors are usually good. Sales guy good

I asked if my car could be vacuumed including the seats. I was told they don't do the seats which is fine as they let me use the vacuumed to clean the seats. The issue was my car never did get vacuumed.
When I got in my car the passenger seat was reclined all the way back as if someone was taking a nap during the 3 hours I was at Toyota.
I thought the service representative was very hurried and not very friendly. Didn't take the time to explain what things were recommended. Just read the paper very quickly. I should have been asked if I would like those things done at this current time visit.
