Asked for oil change and didn’t know tire rotation was automatically included. Service took over 2 hours and no updates with an appointment for what has never taken me more than 1 hour before. Did receive discount to help with issue.

I asked the advisor when my car would be finished. He said an hour and thirty minutes. I informed the advisor that I had to be at work by 4:30. He said no problem. When I asked about my vehicle be done he said sorry they are running behind so it'll be another 30 minutes. Nothing was done to my vehicle while they had it for 1.5 hours! I really want my money back that i paid to prepay for oil changes because be promised a time and then making me late for work is poor customer service

James was not my service provider. I was there 6 hrs for routine service. I agreed to recommend service issues but was not apprised by my service rep that it would add over 2 hrs to my wait time. No communication on that which would have been helpful. I.e my time is not yours to waste.
