I was very disappointed that I was unable to get new tires for my truck after scheduling weeks in advance, trying to call multiple times, and finally talking to my service advisor about the process for getting new tires. I drove an hour each way for my service appointment and left without tires...
I bought new tires from Discount tire an hour later. I was very happy with their service.

After doing research on the recommended services that I purchased, I found that the 2 services are highly regarded as a “scam” or considered an unnecessary, high-profit upsell rather than required maintenance. Both Services today were unnecessary and now have lost trust in taking my vehicle to this dealership.
