In fact, when I asked him if all 4 doors were checked for clogged drain plugs he took the extra time to go back to check with the service tech to ask. You gave me the wrong estimated time. Said it would take one hour and 45 minutes. It actually took almost 3 hours. Wasn’t expecting to have a 30,000 Mile maintenance done. Only an oil change and tire rotation when I arrived. Had other plans that I thought I could still do, if it only took the promised. Those were ruined by the incorrect estimate. Then I also had the $400 + bill on top. Bummer !

The shuttle service could use some improvements. I was told to wait in the waiting area but no one came by nor said anything to me. After 20 minutes I had to re-ask what was going on. I was told it would just be a minute and to wait by van. This was another 10 minutes of waiting around with no idea if anyone would actually come out. Better communication and time estimates on shuttle are needed.

The service is great and I'm always very satisfied on that score but i would either like an honest estimate or a faster service. I have contemplated going elsewhere if this happens again.
