Went in for an oil change. They said 1 to 1.5 hrs. After one and a half hr I asked them how much longer. They hadn't even taken my car in yet so it would be another 1.5 hrs. I said forget it. They got my car and I left. My time is more valuable than waiting 3 hrs for an oil change.

However, something has changed in your “front of the house” culture or they were having a bad day, or is there a new manager of service staff? Two hours, forty minutes for an oil change on a not busy Tuesday is ridiculous. Won't be back. I've done my own oil changes until I turned 60, never took me more than 30 minutes. You have work to do.
