I had called today's to see if a part was in that was under warranty. The person said yes. I asked are you sure. They said yes. When I brought the vehicle in, they were to do an oil change and replace the part. The service man came out and was apologetic and we rescheduled for tomorrow morning. No need to call me. Just wanted to let you know what happened. I unfortunately did not remember who I talked to.

If i''m told 4-5 hours for service to be performed I expect it to be within that time or to receive an update. Not to return at 5 hours and be told it will be another 1.5 hours, and then wait 2. I'd have been perfectly fine being told that the service would take 4-7 hours. I can plan around that. If someone is asking an estimated time frame and you provide one, assume that plans are being made around the given time and be considerate of that.

I get frustrated with the length of time I spend waiting for maintenance. I make an appointment for simple tire rotation and I waited for an hour and 45 minutes! This seems excessive for just a rotation. If you run behind by a lot, then why make appointments at all? Just wondering why it takes so long. The actual service is fine...just the wait time seems long.
