I was told that my total prior (knowing that my exhaust shield needed to be repaired or removed) was going to be $262. When I returned I was given a $95 “diagnosis” fee for removing the exhaust shield. It is literally two bolts, and I was under the impression they were just removing it because they couldn’t repair it, and there would be no charge. $95 for two bolts is absolutely absurd. I will most likely not be returning after that experience.
