I understand systems go down and interruptions happen but not communicating to your customers is unacceptable. I was there for 6 hours and the only time I was kept up to date was when I went out to the service department and asked for an update.

I had an 11 o'clock appointment and was not called until 3 o'clock that it was finished and the job was to take between an hour and an hour and a 1/2. While I realize things can get behind, I feel I should have been told things were getting behind and it would be much longer.

The guy who had helped me tried telling me I didn't purchase the maintenance plan when I purchased my vehicle. Which he was a liar. Proceeded to go through my financial paperwork from when I had purchased my vehicle. Another man had to help us tried telling me I didn't need an oil change. When in fact my vehicle said maintenance required and also the sticker that was provided from them said it was due for maintenance. Then they proceeded to make a petty comment of "oh are you going to drive 2,000 miles to Oklahoma and back." Very unprofessional from both men trying to get us to spend an extra $300 for 3 freaking oil changes and tire rotations. Last time I was here it took you guys freaking 4 hours to get my brakes done when I had an appointment. I have crap to do. This place is a crap show and I would NEVER recommend Evan's Toyota to anyone I know.
