Is not the first time I got a bad experience taking my car with this dealership,or they had done a bad job with not being responsible of the consequences I could have caused to their incompetence doing their jobs,plus many time while they working on my car they broke parts in my car and they covered their mistakes by making me responsible for something that I didn’t break when I perfectly know how I had my car before I took it to service,this time I’m very disappointed for what they have done wrong in my car!!!!!

Your staff has always been very professional and helpful. One suggestion the furniture in the waiting area needs replaced. I would compare it to sitting in a sink hole. God awful, extremely uncomfortable. Worse yet is getting up. I bet if there were video it would be hilarious to watch.

I was told the appointment would take “about an hour”. I let them know I would be waiting in the lobby. After about 2.5 hours, I hadn’t received any messages saying my van was finished so I walked back to check on things. The service guy I was working with told me the van was finished. I don’t know if he just forgot to let me know it was done, or if it actually took 2.5 hours to change the oil and some fluids.
I am pretty sure I could watch a video to teach myself how to do that maintenance, then do it my self in less time than the trained technicians did it in.
Don’t tell your customer it takes 1 hour and then fail to call them 2.5 hours later. Terrible experience, I may look elsewhere for future service.

I was very disappointed and frustrated to find debris and grease stains on the floorboard carpet of the driver side in my car after service at the dealership. This is not the first time this has happened, and I’ve tried to be patient about it. But I would really appreciate some more care in this department. I make a point to keep my vehicle very clean, and I would like it back in the same condition that I give it to you. John is great, and always super friendly and helpful when I visit your establishment.

I arrived 5-10 early for my 8:30 appointment. I was told 1:30-1:45 hrs to get service completed. When I texted Ryan at 2 hrs for update I never got a response. Usually I get a video of the inspection well before finishing and this time I received it just before I was beckoned that my vehicle was ready. I had also sent another text inquiring an estimated time of completion and again no response. At checkout and through the process didn’t feel like a valued customer. Was it because service being done was under warranty? Or does Evan’s Toyota not care? I really appreciated over the past 14 years of services at Evan’s Toyota the updates and feeling valued as a customer. Did not get that experience this time.
