My problem is not with John Geiger. I'm sure he will follow up with me with my damage issue. It is dis-heartening that the money, time and effort that I have put into my Toyota vehicles is not put forth with respect from the service technicians. This isn’t my service. I was not at the dealership today and I don’t own a Toyota tundra. They said they would give me a call back and I never heard back. The said they needed to look into it. John Geiger messed up is what happened and this is not my bill. I hope I won’t be hassled for this bill that isn’t mine. Really questioning if Evans Toyota knows what the heck they are doing. Starting to think we may have made a mistake by purchasing from this dealership. Purchased 3 weeks ago and not starting off very good.
